***Disclaimer, due to government guidelines please be aware during all live performances you will need to remain seated at your tables (apart from comfort breaks etc) please feel free to participate by clapping etc however the government have advised that you should refrain from shouting and/or screaming to show appreciation. How does 'new normal' work?

All tables are spaced a minimum of 2m apart.
Arrival time; Please arrive at the time stated on your booking. We endeavour to get you seated at your table as promptly as possible.
Upon arrival, give your name to the door person who will confirm your booking. You will find a sanitising station to your left and be asked to confirm your details and answer a short series of health and safety questions. Your host will then take you to your table whilst answering any questions you may have.

Ordering & Payment; all drinks will be served via table service, you can order your drinks with your host.
Alternatively, a unique QR code will be on your table, once you've scanned it you can use our mobile app to view the menu, order drinks and make payments through your phone.

Health & Safety; to ensure the safety of everyone on site there will be a one way system, a member of staff will explain this to you upon arrival. There are multiple designated sanitising stations around the building alongside signs in relation to social distancing to help with this.
If you or any member of your party is feeling unwell or is showing any symptoms please do not attend your booking. We are happy to refund any payments made or reschedule your booking for another night.
If you have any safety concerns please alert a member of staff who will be happy to help in anyway they can

All customers will be required to wear a mask when entering and moving around the premises. This does not apply when seated, eating or drinking.
