THE VARUKERS:
Nottingham-based bunk outfit The Varukers were one of the leading lights of the UK82 hardcore scene, with an outlook that overlapped with the anarcho-punk scene, and a sound that pioneered the D-beat style, a hard-hitting punk subgenre show to powerful effect on 1985’s One Struggle, One Fight that had major influence on many early thrash metal acts.
BLITZKRIEG (UK punk rock)
Blitzkrieg are a legendary UK punk band based in Southport in 1979. They have a strong underground following in the hardcore punk scene.
THE THIRTEENTH TURN
The Thirteenth Turn is a 5-piece band formed in 2023 with members from England and The Netherlands. Their music is a hard hitting combo of rough vocals over aggressive hardcore, punk, and metal sounds. They recently launched their new album ‘Bokkenrijder’ right here on our stage!
